Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of experience in Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics. Candidates with Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials are accepted.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification

Work Details

• Schedule includes weekends as needed.
• May float to other units as required.
• Must communicate all time-off and scheduling requests during submission and interview.

Additional Notes

• Candidates working with pediatric patients (RRT-NICU) have additional fingerprinting and certification requirements.
• Fingerprinting and background checks are critical compliance components and must be completed timely to avoid delays.
• Training modules must be completed on a computer using Chrome; skipping videos is not allowed.
• Physical and health documentation must be current and uploaded with appropriate expiration dates.

This position is ideal for experienced respiratory therapists licensed in Ohio who are comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment and meeting comprehensive compliance and credentialing requirements.
