Job Description

Seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) with broad surgical knowledge and experience across multiple service lines including general surgery, gynecology, robotics, neurology, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma. The position is based in the Operating Room with variable scheduling and call requirements. Floating to other departments may be required.

• Number of Beds in Facility: 815
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Documentation System: Cerner
• Dress Code: Scrubs provided by facility
• Procedures Performed: Variable
• Scheduling: Variable schedule, call required
• Floating Policy: May float to other departments

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technician (CST) Certification
• Surgical Technician experience within the last year
• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technician experience
• BLS Certification
• Skills checklist score of 3 or higher in Neuro, Ortho, and Vascular

Additional Information

• Advanced surgical skills are needed
• Experience with a variety of surgical service lines is essential
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
