Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER) (Days)

Location: Muscatine, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care. You may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

• Orientation scheduled on specific dates
• Work 36-40 hours per week; overtime billable after 40 hours
• Use of EPIC electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous RN experience in Emergency Room
• At least 1 prior travel contract completed (prior travel experience required)
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Current state RN license
• Certifications required: BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS
• Experience with critical and emergency drips/pressors, antiarrhythmics, sedation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Work history/resume
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• License verification
• Copies of required certifications
• One supervisory reference at time of submission
• Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
