MRI Tech Travel Opportunity

Location: Brooksville, Florida
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description

• Work in a surgical services unit with 18 beds and a staff of 12, including ICU and ER backgrounds.
• Day shifts typically run 12 hours (7 AM–7 PM or 9:30 AM–10 PM). Night shifts are on-call after 10 PM.
• Patient ratio is approximately 1:2.
• Equipment includes GE monitors; EMR systems used are Pyxis and Meditech.
• Typical procedures on the unit include orthopedic, vascular, gynecological, and general surgeries.
• The unit values team players with strong communication skills.
• Scheduling includes working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff.

Required Qualifications

• Certification: ARRT (MR) Certification required
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an MRI Tech

Additional Information

• Candidates must be reliable and flexible.
• ICU, ventilator, and GTT experience are essential.
• Preferred candidates have prior experience working in similar high-acuity environments.
