Job Description

Interventional radiology is revolutionizing healthcare by using radiological technology to perform minimally invasive procedures. As a Technologist in the Cath Lab, you will:

• Act as the first point of contact for referrals and patients
• Attend patient consultations
• Perform initial examinations and patient assessments
• Make recommendations to the referring physician, patient, and patient’s family under the guidance of the interventional radiologist
• Perform daily rounds and communicate patient progress to medical staff and the radiologist

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• Experience with heart catheterizations, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR, and interventional radiology cases
• BLS and ACLS certifications current at time of submission
• ARRT certification required (RCIS certification will not be accepted)
• COVID and Flu vaccinations required (no declinations approved)
• Ability to respond within 30 minutes for call
• Active professional license verification less than 30 days old
• Resume listing all facilities worked at
• Skills checklist specific to the discipline (less than 1 year old)
• Two supervisory references completed within the last year
• Certifications must be active at time of submission
