MRI Tech - Radiology (Travel Assignment)
Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Scheduled according to facility policy
- Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
- Unit: MRI, located on the main hospital 1st floor
- Equipment used: GE 1.5T Signa, GE 3T Pioneer
- Documentation system: Meditech
- On-call requirement: Friday to Sunday, 8 PM to 7 AM every 4-5 weekends
- Dress code: Gray scrubs
Unit Information
- 321-bed Level 2 Trauma and Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center
- Procedures performed: MRI/MRA Brain, Abdomen, MRCP, Spine, Upper and Lower Extremity, Cardiac, Breast, Orbit, Liver and Adrenal mass, IAC Brain, Brachial Plexus, Spectroscopy, MRA Neck, Soft tissue neck
- Certifications required: BLS
- Floating policy: Not applicable
- Patient experience requirements: Not applicable
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year

- Facility is a Level II Trauma Center with a 24-hour emergency room
