Cath Lab Tech Travel Opportunity
Location: Kingman, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Four 10-hour day shifts per week (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- One weekend call per month
- Two call days per week
- No pre-requested extended time off
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Recent Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
Certifications & Licenses
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- Radiology/Fluoroscopy state license and ARRT certification as above
Required Documentation & Compliance
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check including 7-year history, SS trace, county searches, nationwide sex offender check, education verification
- Annual EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
- Copy of transcript or diploma (or acceptable verification)
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Proof of immunity or vaccination for Measles, Mumps, Rubella (for candidates born 1957 or later)
- Hepatitis B titer, declination, or vaccine series
- Varicella immunity documentation or vaccination history
- Negative 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season (Oct 1 – Mar 31)
- Two professional references within 3 years
- Annual skills checklist and competency exams as applicable
Job Responsibilities
- Independently scrub and assist in various cardiac catheterization procedures
- Operate imaging equipment such as the C-Arm
- Participate in call schedule as outlined
Additional Notes
- Travel contract with option to extend based on facility need and performance
- Facility-specific forms and training must be completed as a priority upon hire
