Physical Therapist (Rehabilitation Therapy) - Contract
Location: Albany, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, varied
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic neuro/musculo/skeletal injuries or limitations causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence.
- Provide services in sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy.
- Work within a rehabilitation team across multiple points of care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care
