Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Rehab (Nights)
Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Shift: Nights
Hours per Day: 12
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide professional and clinical nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Work 36-40 hours per week with billable overtime after 40 hours.
- Orientation available on multiple scheduled dates.
- Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Iowa.
- At least 1 year of previous Rehab nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Mandatory Reporter certification.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Work history/resume.
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
- License verification.
- Copy of required certifications.
- One supervisory reference required at time of submission.
- Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of at least 1 prior travel nursing contract preferred.
Additional Information
- Night shift with 12-hour shifts.
- Overtime and holiday pay multipliers apply.
- Call back and on-call pay available.
- Charge/preceptor pay available.
- Orientation sessions are scheduled regularly throughout the year.
