Job Summary
- Position: MRI Tech (Radiology)
- Employment Type: Travel contract
- Location: Dallas, Texas
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 36
Unit Information
- Unit: MRI
- Number of MRI Scanners: 5 (GE and Siemens)
- Number of Staff: 7
- Shifts: Primarily day shifts (2 day shifts, 1 midshift, 1 evening shift), no night shifts
- EMR System: Meditech
- On Call: Not required
- Floating: Not required
Typical Procedures
- All MRI exams including Breast MRI
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience within the last year
- ARRT (MR) Certification
- BLS Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meditech EMR system
Additional Notes
- No on-call or floating requirements
- The unit is staffed with a small team and operates multiple MRI scanners
- Ideal candidates have strong skills in Breast MRI and are comfortable with the specified equipment brands
