Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Unit Information
- Unit: Respiratory NICU/PICU
- Facility type: Level 1 adult and pediatric trauma center, Level 3 NICU, Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Unit uses advanced respiratory equipment including High Flow Devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo ventilators, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, and regular nebulizers
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Floating policy: May provide coverage for regular adult floors performing nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, etc.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBRC, NRP, PALS
- Experience working with Neonate patients
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
Job Responsibilities
- Provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases
- Utilize advanced respiratory technologies and medication delivery systems
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care
