Description
Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Mountlake Terrace, Washington
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 10-13 hour shifts, AM & PM
Hours per Week: 36
Job Overview
- Provide dialysis treatment and patient care in a chronic, in-center setting.
- Educate patients and supervise Dialysis Technicians.
- Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications.
- Participate in quality improvement projects.
- Collaborate with the care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.
- Work any day Monday through Saturday, covering multiple clinic locations.
- Must be flexible to work any AM or PM shift based on staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from Washington State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
- Current CPR certification with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association).
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
- Previous dialysis experience is required.
- Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing is preferred.
Location & Work Requirements
- Must be able to work at clinics in Mountlake Terrace, Everett, Monroe, and Smokey Point.
- Ability to work varied shifts (AM/PM) depending on staffing needs.
Additional Information
- This is a chronic dialysis position requiring hands-on patient care and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
