Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Observation Unit

Work Schedule

Day shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Clinical Decision Unit (Observation Unit)
Short Term Acute Care facility
Teaching hospital
Total staffed beds: 332
Charting system: EPIC
Scrub color: White
Free parking available in unrestricted spaces

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (pending licenses not accepted)
Minimum 1.5 years of Direct Observation Unit (DOU) experience, including experience within the last year
Telemetry experience
Acute Care experience
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Current ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
