Occupational Therapist - Contract Position
Location: St Johnsbury, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours: Up to 36 hours per week
Shift: Monday - Friday
Job Description
- Provide in-home occupational therapy services aimed at maximizing patient independence and safety.
- Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Serve home care and hospice patients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Vermont.
