Description

Echosonographer

Location: Great Falls, Montana
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and dobutamine stress echocardiograms.
  • Assist in transesophageal echocardiography procedures.
  • Provide preliminary diagnostic evaluations and notify cardiologists of examination results.
  • Consult with cardiologists to establish requirements for non-standard exams and determine technical factors.
  • Participate in call rotation with a minimum of 10 days per month, including holiday coverage.
  • Receive direction from providers and department managers/supervisors.

Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Technologist, with experience within the last year.
  • Valid license/certification appropriate for Echosonographer role in Diagnostic Imaging.

Additional Information

  • Call rotation required (minimum 10 days/month including holidays).
