Description
Job Opportunity: Critical Care Float Pool Nurse
Location: Kealakekua, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide primary care for ER, ICU, and PACU patients.
- May float to other nursing units to assist (not as a primary nurse).
- Duties include expediting on other floors, patient sitting, transport assistance, telemetry monitoring.
- Participate as a member of the rapid response and code blue teams as needed.
- Work 12-hour shifts during evenings and nights, totaling 72-80 hours per two weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Hawaii
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with ED experience within the last year
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Additional Information
