Description
Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Location: Spokane, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
- Float: Position may float between units
- On-Call: Yes, when census is low
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Block Scheduling: Required
- Patient Ratios:
- Labor: 1:1 to 1:2
- Postpartum couplets: 1:3 to 1:4
- Special Requirements: Experience in NICU or Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) units
- Charting System: Epic
- Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center
- Parking: No fee
- Scrub Color: Any color allowed; Surgical Services/SPT scrubs provided
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
- Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) units
- Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
