Description
Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Travel Assignment)
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Unit Overview
- Unit: 7 Tower (33 beds)
- Patient Ratio: 5:1
- Staffing includes charge nurse, RNs, techs, and secretary
- Documentation system: Meditechs
- Scheduling: Every other weekend required; requests for time off are accommodated
- Floating Policy: Travelers rotate floating duties as needed
- Patient Experience: White boards must be filled out daily
- Dress Code: Navy blue, black, royal blue, or any shade of gray scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- BLS certification
