Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR) Travel Position

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Unit Information

Unit Type: Operating Room
Number of Beds: 11 ORs, 1 endoscopy suite
Staff: 45 total
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 11 RNs, 11 techs
- Night Shift: 1 nurse, 1 tech
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Equipment: OR equipment including multiple types of orthopedic beds, 4 surgical robots
EMR System: MEDITECH

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Work Environment & Expectations

Shift Type: Different shifts available (specific shifts not listed)

Weekend/On-call: Weekdays with rotating weekend calls
