Cath Lab Registered Nurse - Travel/Contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Information

• Time-sensitive onboarding modules must be prioritized and completed before start date
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; late requests likely will not be approved
• Facility issues radiation badges to applicable candidates
• Performance evaluations required if candidate has worked with the client for over 1 year
• Candidates must be nicotine-free with negative drug and nicotine screening
• Candidates must be prepared to float to other nearby hospitals as needed within scope of practice

Summary

This is a travel contract opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab RN with at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience. The position requires day shifts with 4x10 hour schedules, on-call availability, and floating to nearby hospitals. Candidates must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications and meet comprehensive health, background, and licensing requirements. The facility is smoke-free and requires strict compliance with onboarding and testing protocols. First-time travelers are welcome.
