Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU

Location: Richland, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Position floats internally between multiple units; flexibility required.
Shift options: Night (3x12 hours, 7 PM to 7 AM) or Day (3x12 hours, 7 AM to 7 PM).
Weekend work required every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement.
No on-call required.
Expected patient ratios follow Respiratory Therapist matrix.
All staff, including full-time employees, are considered variable (VAR) for the unit.
Shift assignments are typically confirmed 1-2 weeks in advance.
48-hour shift approvals are not allowed.

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Washington.
Minimum of 1 year of recent Respiratory Care Practitioner experience, including experience working with adult patients.
