Description

Job Opportunity: RN CVOR

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Four 10-hour days per week with rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities
Hours per Week: 40


Job Description

  • Provide care for cardiovascular patients before, during, and after surgical procedures in a Hybrid Cath Lab setting (not General OR).
  • Responsibilities include both scrubbing and circulating during cardiovascular operations.
  • Work in a smaller hospital environment with advanced Hybrid Cath Lab technology.
  • Unique opportunity to gain experience in a high-volume intraoperative cardiovascular operating room (CVOR).

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Colorado
  • Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience, including experience within the last year
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

  • Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility (radius rule).
  • Call is required as part of the shift schedule.
