Pharmacist Travel Job – San Antonio, Texas

Required Qualifications
- Valid Clinical Pharmacist license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience, including experience within the last year
- De-Escalation skills in a healthcare setting
- Fit Test
- Hepatitis B vaccination
- MMR vaccination
- TDAP vaccine / TD booster
- TB testing
- Knowledge of USP 800 Hazardous Drug Risk standards
- Varicella vaccination
- Acknowledgement of policies and procedures related to HCA's Employee Health and Safety or Education and risk management concerning USP 800 Hazardous Drug standards
