Registered Respiratory Therapist

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Evenings (3:00pm - 11:30pm), 32 hours per week, includes every other weekend and holiday

Job Description

• Provide respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider orders.
• Work environment involves sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and intermittent ambulation.
• May require sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Requires normal vision and hearing (with or without correction).
• Must have finger dexterity to operate office equipment.
• Exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and chemicals is possible.
• Communication required via face-to-face, phone, email, and other methods.
• Use of clinical software such as Epic and Pyxis.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including experience within the last year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
