Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology (Travel/Contract)
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Contract Length: 19 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 40

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Compliance and Facility Requirements
- Candidates must review and sign facility dress code and hand hygiene policies.
- Confidential Fraud, Waste, Abuse, and Compliance Reporting Mechanism form and training certificate required prior to start and updated annually.
- Ethics and compliance policies must be reviewed and acknowledged annually for new contracts.
- Employment application and skills checklist required.
- Proof of fingerprint completion required for subcontractors, including physical proof or photos of fingerprint cards.

- Contract processing requires managerial approval before submission.
- Background check results with hits require additional documentation and adjudication.
- Fingerprinting results can take 1-2 weeks; delays possible if hits occur.
- Candidates with breaks in service over 30 days may require updated health documents.
