Description
Respiratory Therapist Tech - Night Shift
Location
- Hilo, Hawaii
Employment Type
- Contract
- Length: 15 weeks
Schedule
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Three 12-hour shifts weekly (36 hours)
- No guarantee of hours
Job Description
- Provide continuous airway management
- Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilator support (PB 980, PB 840, V60, Para Pac Transport Ventilator)
- Perform physician consulting and CPR
- Deliver all aspects of respiratory care
- Use computerized charting and Pyxis medication management systems
- Care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Hawaii
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Completion of at least one travel assignment (no first assignments accepted)
- BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
