Description

Job Opportunity: Home Health Registered Nurse

Location

Greenbelt, Maryland
Service area includes Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, Charles County, and St Marys County
Assignments based on zip codes within these counties

Employment Type

Travel/Contract position
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 hours)

Job Description

Provide home health nursing care
May be required to float to cover another zip code as needed
Use of personal vehicle required for travel between patient homes
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patients during the workday
Orientation held every Monday
Must have experience with OASIS E & HCHB PointCare EMR systems

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
Minimum 2 years of Home Health nursing experience, with at least some experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with OASIS documentation
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system
