Radiation Therapist II - Days (M-F)
Location: Chillicothe, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36-40 hours
On-Call: No
Job Description
- Perform advanced radiation therapy procedures including SBRT, SRS, and complex CT simulations.
- Analyze imaging and resolve setup variances.
- Support training for students and new staff.
- Participate in daily equipment quality assurance (QA).
- Coordinate service needs and help develop departmental competencies, techniques, and policies.
- Lead safety and quality improvement efforts.
- Stay current with emerging technologies.
- Participate in incident learning and peer review.
- Manage charge reconciliation as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in Ohio
- Minimum 3 years of radiation therapy experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT (T) certification
- Minimum 1 year of travel experience
- Experience with Epic EMR system
Additional Information
- Guaranteed 36-40 hours per week.
