Description

Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry

Location: Laconia, New Hampshire
Shift: 12-hour Nights (7pm - 7am), every other week
Hours per Week: 36 hours guaranteed

Job Description

Float Pool position with potential to float to a nearby facility.
Must have advanced Telemetry experience.
Experience with Cardizem and Insulin drips (insulin for hyperglycemia, not DKA) and Phenobarbital on Telemetry units.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred, specifically Cerner (not required).
First-time travelers with strong experience will be considered.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Hampshire
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Advanced Telemetry experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications

Contract Length

13 weeks

Additional Notes

Local candidates (within 50 miles) will be considered at a local rate.
Cannot approve any RTO between July 2 and July 5.
36-hour weekly guarantee; no additional RTO approvals beyond this guarantee.
