Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Contract Position

Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Full Time, PM Shift (2pm-10pm), every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36

Job Summary

Assess and administer medications to residents following the 5 Rights of medication administration.
Report any changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse and physicians as needed.
Communicate updates to family members regarding residents' conditions.
Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with call lights and other duties.
Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to appropriate leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN/LVN license in Wisconsin.
Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care nursing experience within the last year.
Current BLS certification.

Additional Information

This is a long-term care nursing position.
The role involves direct resident care in a nursing home setting.
