Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - MS/Telemetry

Winston Salem, North Carolina

13 weeks

Shift and Hours

Day shift: 06:45 AM – 07:15 PM (12-hour shifts)
36 or 48 hours per week offered
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Occasional float requirement

Patient Population

Surgery patients including colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, orthopedics/spine

Unit Details

Target nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:6
Unit systems: Pyxis, SBAR, EPIC
Self-scheduling with nurse manager input
Unit orientation: 36 hours
Scrubs: Navy blue or white (not provided)
Must pass EKG competency testing prior to start

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
