Description
Job Opportunity: Case Manager
Location: Seattle, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Work at a specialty hospital focused on neuro and cardiac patient care coordination.
- The hospital is a comprehensive stroke center.
- Role involves inpatient/acute care and case management.
- Prior hospital experience is required.
- Floating to other nearby campuses may be required if census is low.
- Weekend coverage required: minimum 2 weekend days per month (typically 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday, not the same weekend).
- Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Case Management experience within the last year
- Experience in an inpatient and acute care setting
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- NRP certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience with Epic systems
