Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Location: Overland Park, Kansas
Employment Type: Travel

Unit Overview

Operating Room in a 343-bed hospital
Patient ratio: 1:1
Surgical equipment used; documentation via Meditech
Set schedules with options for 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts (based on availability)
No floating except rarely for COVID-related needs
Hospital laundered scrubs provided by the department
Friendly, team-based culture with staff experience ranging from new graduates to over 30 years

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas

Current ACLS certification
Current BLS certification
