Description

Sonographer (Temp) – Sioux City, IA

Position Details

Employment Type: Temporary
Shift: Evenings
Hours per Day: 8
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36-40 hours/week (overtime billable after 40 hours)
May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of previous Sonographer experience
At least 1 prior travel contract completed (prior travel experience required)
ARDMS certification required
Experience with EPIC required
Valid Driver’s License
Must not have been an employee of this health system in the last 12 months
Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
Required documentation at submission:
- Work history/resume
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year
- License verification
- Copy of required certifications
- One supervisory reference

Additional Information

Night shift (evening) position
Orientation dates available in late April through early June
The traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary team
Call back and on-call opportunities available with additional compensation
Facility is a trauma center (level not specified here)
