Description
Registered Nurse - Travel/Contract
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Setting: Behavioral Health Hospital
Shift: Evening (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each; 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Contract Length: 16 weeks
Job Summary
- Provide direct nursing care tailored to patient needs in the assigned unit.
- Analyze patient medical history, diagnostics, and current condition to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of medical records with regulatory standards.
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for effective care planning.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
