Job Description

Support for Primary Care, OB/GYN, GI, and Cardiology services

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in New York
Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care experience, with such experience obtained within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
