Description
Sleep Study Technician (Nights)
Location: Albany, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) every weekend
Hours per Week: 40
Job Summary
- Perform patient set-ups for overnight sleep testing.
- Record overnight polysomnographic (PSG) and video recordings of patients' sleep activity for diagnostic evaluation.
- Administer sleep medications according to policy.
- Communicate and coordinate activities with Sleep Lab supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Polysomnographer license in Oregon.
- Minimum 1 year of polysomnographer experience, including experience within the last year.
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential through the BRPT.
- Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience as a Respiratory Therapist.

- The role is based in a sleep center that provides diagnostic tests for sleep disturbances and neurological-related disorders.
