Surgical Room Scrub Tech (Contract)
Location
- Green Bay, WI
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Shift
- 8-hour day shift
- 40 hours per week
Facility Overview
- Level II Trauma Center
- Level III NICU
- Level III Maternity Center
- Primary Stroke Center
- 167 beds
- 19 Operating Rooms split between 2 hospital locations
Case Types
- General surgery
- Robotics (DaVinci XI experience required)
- Bariatrics
- Ophthalmology
- Orthopedics
- Neurosurgery
- Cardiac
- Urology
- ENT (sinus, ear tubes, tonsils, thyroids)
- Plastics
- Endovascular

Required Licensure and Certifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Required Skills
- Scrubbing and assisting with sterile processing
- Patient positioning
- Robotics experience with DaVinci XI system is a must
Orientation
- Two 8-hour shifts on the unit
Floating
- Between Main OR and East side (same building)
- Rarely to West Side surgery center across town
Support on Unit
- Charge nurse available Monday through Friday only (no charge nurse on weekends/holidays)
Technology/Equipment
- EMR: EPIC
- IV pumps: Alaris
- Medication dispensing: Pyxis
Additional Information
- Scrub color provided
- Free on-site parking
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- First-time travelers considered upon review
Time Off
- No more than 4 days of Return to Office (RTO) approved
