Physical Therapist

Location: Kentucky

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: 8-hour Day Shift

Job Description

• Outpatient setting preferred.
• Patient population includes pelvic health (preferred but not required), vestibular, TMJ, typical orthopedic, and post-operative cases.
• Productivity expectation: 60 patient visits per week.
• Daily patient load: 12-14 patients.
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• Overtime must be approved by the director before working extra hours.
• No floating to other clinics.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
• New graduates and first-time travelers will not be accepted.

Additional Notes

• Local candidates (within 50 miles) will be compensated at the local rate.
