Registered Nurse - Surgery (General OR) - Day Shift

Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Work schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) per week, totaling 36 hours.
• Rotating call schedule including both weekday and weekend call responsibilities, shared between two call groups.
• Holiday call rotation may be required if holidays fall during the assignment.
• Scheduling may vary based on patient census and staffing needs.
• May be required to float to surgery centers as needed.
• Epic EMR proficiency preferred.
• Start date dependent on offer acceptance.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Minimum of 3 years recent Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic EMR

Additional Information

• Facility reserves the right to cancel shifts up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission and included in the confirmation to be honored.
• Compliance with agency contract terms (start/end dates and RTO) is mandatory.
