Pharmacist Inpatient - Travel/Contract

Location: Hood River, Oregon
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Job Details

• Employment Type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Day (4x10 hours, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Night (4x10 hours, 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekend work required (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Overnight on-call required for patient care
• Block schedules required
• Pharmacist to patient ratio: 1:25
• No floating between units
• 48-hour shifts not approved
• Facility Type: Critical Access / Level III Trauma Center
• Total Staffed Beds: 25
• Teaching hospital
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrubs provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child units (any color scrubs allowed otherwise)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Hospital Pharmacist license in Oregon
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital pharmacist experience within the last year

Additional Requirements

• Float policy acknowledgement (may be required to float to other nearby facilities)
• Annual completion of regulatory and specialty-specific training modules via LMS (Workramp)
• Passport-style badge photo with neutral background required
• Epic training modules completion required within one week of orientation
• WA Multi-State Licensed Nurses Demographic Attestation required if applicable (not for APN candidates)
