Medical Laboratory Technologist - Contract
Location: Morristown, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days/Evenings (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Perform assigned laboratory analyses and report results following departmental procedures and regulations.
- Maintain quality control and equipment according to instructions and schedule.
- Correlate laboratory results with clinical findings through chart review and consultation with nursing and medical staff.
- Perform receptionist and phlebotomist duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal healthcare laws, regulations, and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Medical Laboratory Technologist license for Vermont.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist, with experience within the last year.
Additional Information
- No prior travel experience required.
