Description
Dietician - Nutrition (Travel Position)
Location: Webster, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Work in an acute care hospital setting with 532 beds.
- Patient load: 10-12 patients daily.
- Utilize Meditech EMR system.
- Participate in ICU multidisciplinary care rounds and Med Surg care rounds.
- Perform nutrition assessments and nutrition-focused physical exams.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other dietitians.
- Floating assignments primarily in Acute Care and NICU areas.
- Dress code: Black scrubs.
- Rotating Saturday onsite coverage required.
- Follow unit policies including a 72-hour nutrition assessment policy.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) license in Texas
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Licensed Dietitian (LD) certification
