Description

Physical Therapist - Dallas, TX

Job Details

Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, AM shift
Guaranteed 40-hour work week
Coverage area includes multiple counties within approximately a 60-mile radius
Average caseload: 4-6 visits per day
Productivity expectations: 28-32 points per week (based on visit types and documentation)

Job Requirements

Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
Experience in a Home Health setting
OASIS experience
Homecare Homebase documentation experience

Additional Information

Overtime requires pre-approval
Two weeks cancellation notice required
