Registered Nurse - Electrophysiology (EP)

Location: Wichita, Kansas
Employment Type: Travel

Unit Information

Unit: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
Shift: Day shift (7 AM - 5 PM)
Number of Beds: 1
Staff: 3 total (2 RNs including traveler, 2 Techs)
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Equipment: Abbott Ablation and Mapping systems, Phillips Fluoroscopy
EMR Systems: Mac Lab, Meditech

Job Description

Perform cardiac ablations and pacemaker implantations
Work closely with a small, specialized team in a fast-paced EP lab environment

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kansas
Electrophysiology Lab experience (minimum 2 years), including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS certification
BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Abbott Mapping systems
