Description
Ultrasound Technologist (General / Vascular / Echo)
Location: Waimea, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) with rotating day and night shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage
Shift Flexibility: Required
Job Description
- Perform General, Vascular, and Echocardiography ultrasound studies
- Work independently and be able to work overtime as needed
- Provide coverage on-call and reside within 20 minutes of the hospital when on-call
- Must be fully competent in all three ultrasound modalities due to rural hospital setting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, with experience within the last year
- ARDMS certification
- Experience as an Echocardiography Technologist
- Experience as a Vascular Technologist
Additional Information
- Holiday work includes New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
- Candidates must be available to work at multiple hospital locations within the area
- Compliance requirements must be completed prior to start date
