Registered Nurse - Vascular Medicine (Travel)

Unit Information
- Critical Care / Intensivist unit
- 3 beds, staffed by 3 RNs (2 day shift, 1 night shift)
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Equipment used: Bard 3CG
- Electronic Medical Record system: Meditech / CPN
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kansas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of vascular access experience, including recent experience within the last year
- Experience in RN - Vascular Medicine
- Acute care experience
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Meditech EMR experience
- PICC line certification
- Pediatric experience
- Ultrasound experience
Typical Procedures
- PICC insertion and care
- Powerglide, midline, and vein insertion
Ideal Candidate Attributes
