Description
Emergency Room Nurse (RN) - Days
Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide immediate assessment and support to patients in the emergency room.
- Identify medical issues, determine severity, and intervene to minimize long-term effects or sustain life.
- Act as one of the first responders when patients are admitted to the ER.
Shift
- Days, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
- Current certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
Application Requirements
- Work history and skills checklist current within the last year, relevant to emergency nursing.
- Two supervisory reference forms from within the last two years.
- Candidates' permanent address must be provided.
