Description
Ultrasound Technician
Location
- Helena, Montana
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- No on-call required
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Job Details
- Work setting includes both inpatient and outpatient clinics
- Equipment used: GE ultrasound machines
- Electronic medical record system: Epic
- Procedures include vascular, general abdomen, abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), some OB, biophysical profiles, thoracentesis, and paracentesis
- Breast ultrasounds and ultrasound-guided procedures are not required
- Some pediatric ultrasound experience is required
- Professional scrubs of choice for attire
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of ultrasound technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARDMS certification required and must be active at time of application
- BLS certification required
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- OB ultrasound technician experience
