Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Location

Arlington, Texas

Employment Type

Travel assignment

Contract Length

13 weeks

Work Hours

36 hours per week
Must take on-call shifts 4-6 times per month, including holidays

Unit Information

Operating Room with 10 OR beds
Staffing needs for both Day and Night shifts (RNs and Techs)
Focus on orthopedic and trauma cases

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS certification
BLS certification
Orthopedic and trauma experience

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologists (CST) with ortho and trauma experience are preferred but not required

Additional Notes

Candidates without the required perioperative skills and certifications will not be considered
Weekend and on-call shifts are part of the schedule
Scrub color/attire and unit policies to be provided on assignment
